By accessing and using Random Generators ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Random Generators provides various online random generation utilities including but not limited to:

• Random number, password, and UUID generators
• Color, name, and text generators
• Decision makers and list randomizers
• API endpoints for programmatic access
• Other random generation tools and utilities

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the Service to generate content that violates laws or regulations
• Not overload our servers with excessive requests
• Respect rate limits on API endpoints
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or create malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• For commercial purposes without explicit permission

When using our API endpoints:

• Respect rate limits (currently 100 requests per minute per IP)
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limiting
• Include proper attribution when required
• Do not cache responses for longer than 24 hours
• Monitor your usage to avoid service disruption

We reserve the right to modify API limits and terms with reasonable notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Random Generators and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Generated content (random numbers, passwords, etc.) is not subject to copyright and may be used freely. However, the algorithms and methods used to generate this content remain our intellectual property.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. We do not store the content you generate using our tools, and most usage data is automatically deleted within 24 hours.

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Randomness: While we strive to provide truly random results, we cannot guarantee the cryptographic security or statistical randomness of generated content for all use cases.

Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

In no event shall Random Generators, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Random Generators and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Random Generator Tools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
